Sid's own language

Friends,

Can you please try to get me the meanings of "ADDANGGOUSH" and "CAMMANGGAR"?

I am not sure what they actually mean and what language they are from... but whenever my Sid feels happy he says the first one and the second one he uses when he want to say "Come this side".

I feel I should preserve Sid's own language for his future.
