Hyderabad entry we made at Ramoji Fim city. It was around 12 PM. We made some enquires over the phone and to the people passing by for the route to Kukatpally. When I realized, the way takes the route of Dilshuknagar, I thought of Prashanth who was in the city on that day. Met him on the point told by him and a got a bit guidance on the route.
But it was all confusing for us as we both (me and the driver) were unaware of the routes in Hyderabad. All the roads were confusing and I felt the guidance was not proper at a couple of enquiries, which made us roam all Hyderabad.
Finally, somehow, we reached Panjagutta Circle from where I know the route to Kukatpally.
Just after the signal, one of the auto fellow and a biker got into a mishap next to my car and the biker happened to hit my car’s side mirror. The auto fellow wanted to escape himself from the scene, he started to shout at us and the bike fellow when realized that the auto fellow was a real tough guy to deal with, he started to shout on us, where we were no way related with the accident. Luckily no scratches on my car and nothing too happened to the biker. We just came off ignoring them.
When I went out in the car to drop Balaji at Ammerpet for his return to Chennai, I realized that Hyderabad traffic is real tough to deal with. These people, especially the auto walas and the bikers don’t have any concern for the cars on the road. They want to prove their dominance on the road. No discipline is exercised by the people while on the road. Coming to the point, I was actually waiting at a signal opp. to maitrivanam for the signal to turn green but one of the auto fellow brushed my car front bumper to run over the signal while it was in still red. Nothing to be done for me but to get it fixed for 1000 INR.
Is it not a great welcome for me??
