A trip to Sai Brindavanam at Deshmukh Village

Pics from an unplanned trip to Sai Brundavanam at Deshmukh Village on 15th of April (Sunday).

Prashanth as we know makes sport decisions on where we should be going and would not give us any time to think at times, called up in the afternoon around 11:45 and said, "We are going to RFC, Ramoji Film City". We thought it would be open until 02 PM at least for the visitors to get in. With immediate effect, we were hurried and reached his home at KPHB colony by 01PM. We could reach Prashanth's home at Chaitanya Puri, Dilshuk Nagar by 02:15PM but things went pretty slow from there.

By the time we started from there and reached Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad it was around 03:45PM and the staff told us that the entry into the film city closes by 02PM in the afternoon.

By the time Prashanth reached there in his car from his home, it was around 04:30PM, So we were in search of the near by places just to make us happy after having made to that distance from my home at Bachupally.

Our options went arount "Mount Opera" but as that gets closed by 06PM, that was ruled out from the options. The other options considerd were Nagarjun Sagar but as it is too distant destination from there, it was ruled out. Finally a destination that was decided and went was, "Sai Brindavanam Ashram" at Deshmukh village, which is almost 10 KM -15 KM from Ramoji.

The road that lead to the Ashram, was horrible and scary because of the rocky, villanie hills surroundigs.

We could see St. Mary's Engineering College on the way to the Ashram (The next day, I came to know from Sush that it is where she completed her Engineering). We were pleased with the greenish that we saw in the ashram and the idols of Lord SaiBaba around the garden giving us the impression of Sai everywhere.

There was a giant Hanuman statue that is being build at a near by place giving us an impression of Hanman protecting Lord SaiBaba's ahsram.

We took some photographs all over until we saw "Photography Strictly Probhited"... The Ashram was quite pleasent, peaceful. The Sai Namasmaranam happens here 24*7.

Sid had nice time with all the family members of Prashanth.

From there, we had been Sanghi Temple on the way. For Rupu, it is teh first visit to the temple but for me, it is the 2nd one. THe first time I went there it was well managed but now when we saw the place, we felt bad for the management... Looks like there were some financial issues with Sanghi group and so they are not focusing on the temple maintenance.

From here we had been to "AstaLakshmi Temple" at Dilshuk Nagar. Sid enjoyed all the places really well.

From there we had been to Prashanth's home and from there to Prashanth's home at KPHB.

We stayed at Prashanth's home and came back in the morning by 06:30.
