Sahana's head shaving ceremony

10th Of March, we had Sahana's (Umi & Shirisha's Cutie) head shaving ceremony at Nallagonda.

This place is about 45-50 KM from my native, Jammikunta, where we celebrate the head shaving ceremony for the newborns. The custom is hailed for our family from our great ancestors. The GOD over here is "Narasinha Swamy".

We started to native on 09th (Friday) in the morning by 05:45 and reached native by 08:30. This time we went home in Karimnagar route, which did cut our journey time to a little 3 hours from what would have been 5 and half hours had we gone via Hanamakonda.

I worked from home on Friday.  Next day, started to Nallagonda in the morning by 08:30AM, reached there by 10 AM. Fiaz and Sheshu joined us over there.

On the way, Sid could not resist from vomiting in the car which made us a bit upset but he was okay all day. Looks like he has been this issue while on long drives.

The previous day at home, we were worried on how the baby would be reacting while the head being shaved but she made us surprised by keeping quite all through the ceremony. We all were happy for the neat outcome.

Rupu was handling the handycam while Umi and I were handling still cameras. We got into a nice place where we had our cooking and nice lunch. This place is very close by the place where we had lunch a couple of years ago during Sid’s head shaving ceremony.

Evening after dropping Fiaz and Sheshu, we started there by 05PM and reached home by 06:30PM.

Started back to Hyderabad next day (Sunday) in the afternoon by 02:40 and reached home by 06:30PM.
